Rule
The payment of the stay must be paid in cash on arrival.
Credit is not allowed neither cheque.
Breakfast will be served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
When departing the room must be vacated no later than 10:00 am.
The cleaning of the rooms will be made each morning from 10.00 am to 12.00 a.m
Please smoke in the garden, so as not to disturb non-smokers.
No animals.
Do not leave objects of any kind in the corridors or in public areas.
The peace, serenity and harmony are mandatory for everyone to feel at home, without limitations of time the night, but The service provides for the personal use of room?s keys. The loss of these involves compensation for the cost of lock (€100,00).
In accordance with Italian law that protects the B & B, if the customer has the intention to leave before the deadline set with the owner of B & B, he has to pay the same, throughout the period that made the reservation.
